|Le p'tit Bonheur|
A delicate folk sung in Innu, sparkling harmonies and fine melodies: Florent Vollant transports the public into his poetic universe that breathes boreal light.
An important artist, standard bearer of Aboriginal culture and a Companion of Arts and Letters in Quebec since 2017, he continues his post-Kashtin solo career with four albums and a new album, Mishta Meshkenu, which will be released on the 28th. September.
Mishta Meshkenu, in the Innu language, means the Great Road, referring to the long road 138 that crosses Quebec and that Florent Vollant has traveled countless times.
Mishta Meshkenu is also an incursion into the heart of the atmosphere of the First Nations culture with a folk, country and even tex-mex sound.
